Privacy and website enquiries
Callback requests use your name, mobile number and any service or timing details you provide so VIKMO can respond to that enquiry. Requesting contact does not subscribe you to marketing.

Your quote request
When you send a website enquiry, VIKMO receives the contact and vehicle details, photographs, requested service and preferences you choose to provide. We use them to respond, assess the requested work and organise your vehicle care. The website and its form are hosted by Netlify.
How you found us
Your enquiry may also include campaign tags, the page where you entered the website and the referring website's hostname. A short-lived record in your browser's session storage keeps this information together as you move between our pages, for up to two hours. It is sent to VIKMO with your enquiry so we can understand which sources bring requests.
A submitted quote or appointment request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We confirm the appropriate work, price and booking with you directly.
Google measurement
This website includes an existing Google Ads measurement tag. Google may process browser, device, page and interaction information and use cookies according to its policies and your browser settings. See Google's privacy policy.
Google Analytics and Google Ads enquiry measurement are optional. If you accept, Google receives technical website usage information such as page visits, phone-button clicks, quote or appointment requests reaching the confirmation page and clicks for directions. Phone and directions clicks are intent signals, not completed calls, workshop visits or confirmed bookings. The conversion event does not contain your name, email address, phone number, vehicle description, photos or enquiry message. Advertising personalisation signals remain denied. We remove query strings and fragments from reported page addresses and external referrer paths. Your preference is remembered for up to 180 days and can be changed in Analytics settings. Your quote request works whether you accept or decline.
